Success in Communication

Successful communication takes on many forms like a multifaceted diamond. Deep listening is an important factor and often times can be overlooked. Great communication starts with the ability to listen openly, to be fully present and with a sense of oneness in the listening process.

Listen carefully with ease and assurance. Your point of view does matter but it's not the only side of the equation. Ideas fused together produce results that are embodied with pure potentiality. A common view so ideas can be shared and collaborated, forming one common resolution that relates is the goal.

Listen carefully facing whomever you're communicating with, and have complete undivided attention. Often times interrupting is done in the mind before true listening takes place. The wandering monkey mind syndrome begins to jump up and down before the person you're communicating with is finished. Relax, be cool and stay positive reaffirming what the other person has said. The merging of ideas is important for successful communication, along with deep sincere listening. The possibilities are endless when there is deep sincere appreciation to the listening process in communicating.
